💡✍️ADN #185: 5 Email Templates To Save You Time
May 31, 2026A blank page can be a beautiful thing.
It can also be intimidating.
As a writer, consistency is king.
Putting pen to page keeps your mind in shape.
Still, there are times when the words just won’t come.
And when you’re building an audience — keeping them engaged, giving them reasons to spread the word about what you’re up to — you can’t afford to have nothing to say.
So I’ve pulled together 5 templates you can drop into a Google Doc, your newsletter platform, or your Apple Notes.
So you’ll never need to start from a blank page again.

Bonus Tip:
Write your newsletters first.
They are the long form version of future social media posts.
You can literally screen shot a 321 newsletter and use it as a social post, a call to action to join your fan club or email list, and it lives in your newsletter.
The content you write in your newsletter can be spread across IG, TikTok, X, FB, and more.
You can easily get 5 posts out of the same simple template, by using the same format over and over again, and filling it with unique content every time.
Give it a try and let me know if this was helpful.
Have a great week,
Neil
