I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE

One of the best things about being in the music business is getting to know other artists and industry professionals on a deeper level.

Here is a little about myself.

HI, I'M NEIL.

From a young age, I knew I loved music.

I am a:

Drummer.

Manager.

Record Label Founder.

Songwriter.

25+ years of experience in the music industry.

3000+ shows played.

500+ million streams of songs I've written and recorded.

500+ million streams on artists I've managed and published.

MY STORY

As a shy kid, I spent most of my days in my imagination, often daydreaming of future concerts.

I would sit in school writing setlists and transitions for the next show.

Tracking how many times we played a song and when the last time was.

After a couple of years playing at a local pizza joint called Guidos, MCA Records offered my band, LLAMA, a record deal.

I marked up the deal points and negotiated like I knew exactly what I was doing.

That short-form offer is one of my favorite pieces of history.

Since then, I've been in 2 more bands with major label record deals.

American Bang (Warner Records).

The Cadillac Three (Big Machine Records).

The latter has been my band since 2011.

We have toured the world, from the US to the UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, and more.

We've released six albums and played thousands of shows.

In 2016, I began managing artists through my company, Badlands Management.

In 2022, we partnered with Red Light Management.

In 2022, my partner Jaren Johnston and I started War Buddha Records.

War Buddha Records is a JV with Warner Records in Los Angeles.

Over the years, I've written songs for artists such as Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Meatloaf, Zac Brown Band, Brent Cobb, Rascal Flatts, Billy Gibbons, and many more.

I love the music business and love helping artists in their journey.
